PRO-MINO turns your meeting into a finished follow-up report

There is no shortage of AI tools for meetings. Almost all of them do the same thing: they listen and hand you a summary as text – a document, a PDF, a note.

On a construction project, that is of little help. A meeting report is not an essay. It is a structure: numbered items, an owner for each item, a due date, a status, a chapter assignment – and the link back to the previous report.

That is exactly where PRO-MINO comes in. PRO-MINO does not work alongside your software, it works inside it. Every item it identifies becomes a real record in PROMAN Meeting: analysable in the cockpit, filterable in the search, and carried forward into the next report.

This is precisely where the misunderstanding lies. Where the hard drive sits tells you nothing about who is allowed to access the data. If the operator is subject to US law, it can be compelled to hand data over under the CLOUD Act – regardless of whether that data is held in Frankfurt, Dublin or Virginia.

An EU data center therefore does not satisfy the GDPR by itself. It satisfies one condition among several. What matters is who controls the infrastructure – and whose law that operator answers to. That is why we run our own GPUs on our own hardware.
