Reporting a Vulnerability
If you have discovered a security vulnerability in PROMAN Meeting, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly. Please send your report to security@proman.at and include the following information:
- A description of the vulnerability
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- The affected version or environment (Cloud / installed)
- Any potential impact you have identified
Our Commitment
- We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 48 hours
- We will investigate and keep you informed of our progress
- We will notify you when the vulnerability has been resolved
- We will not take legal action against researchers who follow this policy
Our Expectations
- Do not exploit the vulnerability beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue
- Do not share or publish the vulnerability before we have released a fix (Coordinated Disclosure)
- Do not access or modify customer data
