There are plenty of AI tools for meetings by now. Almost all of them do the same thing: they listen and deliver a summary as text – a document, a PDF, a note.
In a construction project, that is of little help. A meeting report is not an essay. It is a structure: numbered items, one owner per item, a due date, a status, a chapter assignment – and the link to the previous report.
This is exactly where PRO-MINO comes in. PRO-MINO does not work alongside your software, but inside it. Every recognised item lands as a real record in PROMAN Meeting: analysable in the cockpit, filterable in search, carried forward into the next report.
And because the PRO-MINO agent joins the meeting itself, you need neither an extra app nor a recording device. PRO-MINO is designed for real meeting lengths – even where general AI assistants fail with a one-hour recording.
“But the provider advertises GDPR compliance and an EU data center.”
This is exactly where the misunderstanding lies. The location of the hard drive says nothing about who may access the data. If the operator is subject to US law, it can be compelled to hand data over under the CLOUD Act – regardless of whether the data is stored in Frankfurt, Dublin or Virginia.
An EU data center therefore does not automatically meet the requirements of the GDPR. It meets one of several conditions. What matters is who controls the infrastructure – and whose law applies to that operator. That is why we compute on our own GPUs on our own hardware – the language models as well as the speech recognition.
