Use preconfigured templates for your meeting minutes and file notes. Images and plan sections can be easily uploaded and edited. Distribute tasks via e-mail, print them out, or assign them directly in the app to any PROMAN user. The Cockpit gives you a cross-project overview of all open tasks.

We take care of hosting, managing and updating PROMAN Meeting for you. Of course, you have access to the software anytime and from anywhere via the internet.

To ensure the highest security standards, we store your data exclusively in data centers certified according to ISO 27001. These are located within the European Union, guaranteeing compliance with strict data protection regulations and secure data management.

✓ Support/Hotline is automatically included with PROMAN Meeting Premium – Cloud.

All our cloud subscriptions are initially set up for two years and can then be cancelled annually. Billing is on an annual basis.
