Two-Factor Authentication in the PROMAN Meeting Portal – Your Login Just Got Even Safer
With the new two-factor authentication (2FA), you can protect access to your PROMAN Meeting Portal even more reliably. The feature is optional, flexible to use, and set up within minutes.
1. Optional & individually configurable
Two-factor authentication is not mandatory – each customer decides for themselves whether and for which employees 2FA should be activated. This way, you retain full control over your security settings.
2. Easy setup with the PrivacyIDEA app
Install the free PrivacyIDEA app on your smartphone (Android: Google Play Store / iOS: Apple App Store) and let our support team know for whom 2FA should be activated. We’ll take care of the rest.
3. Enrollment: one-time initial setup via QR code
The so-called enrollment process starts the first time you log in after activation. You scan the displayed QR code once with the app, confirm the request on your smartphone – and you’re immediately logged in. From the next login onward, the QR code is no longer needed; you’ll simply receive a short confirmation on your device.
