PROMAN is a team of 20 people working in development, testing, support, sales, back office and web projects. Here we introduce the people you will deal with most often.
SECURITY TEAM
Roland makes sure your wishes turn into solutions and the whole team pulls in the same direction. For him, the security of your data is a matter for the boss: together with Mihajlo, he is responsible for PROMAN’s security concept. Your data stays in Europe, and AI features run on our own hardware in Germany, without external AI providers. His favourite question: “How can we make this even easier for you – and secure?”
SECURITY TEAM
Mihajlo and his team are there when something gets stuck – and make sure it doesn’t get stuck in the first place. Together with Roland, he is responsible for the security of your systems and data. This includes continuously maintained servers in an ISO 27001-certified data centre in Germany, access secured with two-factor authentication and single sign-on, and regular updates and backups. He guards your data even more closely than his coffee.
Branka listens – really listens. Your wishes, ideas and even the small everyday annoyances end up with her and feed directly into the further development of our products. She shows you what PROMAN can do, works with you to find the right solution for your project and remains your contact person afterwards. With her, it’s about solutions, not about selling.
Andreas and Petra keep things running behind the scenes. Invoices, contracts and licences run so smoothly with them that you hardly notice. And if you ever have a question about billing or need an additional licence, you get a clear answer quickly. That’s exactly how it should be: you focus on your project, and the two of them take care of the rest.
Marcus and his team turn ideas into new features – whether they come from you, from us or were born in the shower at 11 p.m. From the PROMAN Portal in the browser to the AI assistant PRO-MINO, they keep developing PROMAN with one clear goal: to make your day-to-day project work a little easier. Proven features stay, because not every innovation has to turn your familiar workflows upside down.
Sharon and her colleagues in the test team find the bugs before you do. Every new version passes through their hands: they click through minutes, templates and exports and try things nobody else would think of. Only when everything runs smoothly do they give the green light. That way, only what really works reaches you – and you can rely on every update.
Behind every face on this page stands a whole team: developers, testers, support and web specialists who work together on your projects – even if you don’t always see them.

Together they build shops with Magento, websites with WordPress and apps for our clients, making sure everything runs fast, stable and secure. With updates, maintenance and a watchful eye on every plugin, your web presence stays in top shape even after go-live. And when it comes to your website, Florian always has the next idea in mind.
